Heat the Pan and add oil.
2 teaspoon Oil
Add cumin seeds to the pan.
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds, 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Add Curry Leaves and groundnuts and split Bengal gram.
15 Qty Curry Leaves, 15 Qty Groundnut, 1 teaspoon Split Bengal Gram
Add mustard seeds
Now add Red Chilli.
2 Qty Dried Red Chilli
Add Ballary Onion (Optional).
1 Qty Bellay Onion
Add salt (Necessary Quantity).
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Add Turmeric powder and Asafoetida Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida Powder
Fry these mixtures until the onion turns golden brown colour.
Squeeze the lemon and, add the lemon water to the mixture, and stir.

After Frying, add these mixtures to boiled rice and stir well.
